Profile Owned Weapon Issue

I bought the scar-h camo the first day of the patch and it hasn't shown up on my owned weapons.

I havnt been able to log into the game yet because of the region thing, but the BP was spent.

Also, i won the costume contest and the Gatling gun halloween hasn't shown up on there either, even though its been in my inventory for 2 weeks.

Anyone else have issues with their weapons not showing up?
