Okay i have 2200 points and i want to buy 50% exp + for 7 days , so i go to Mall to CrossFire to Functional items on page 2 and i click that product but it is a message below and a can't buy it

The message is :
Sorry, you do not have any character yet.

But i have a character, how can i change that? Pleasee!!!

How do you possibly only have ZP on the site and not in-game?
