game freezes and client error...

ok, so i didn't found any threads about this, so i'm posting this
game plays good some times, but most of the times, when a map is loading, my game freezes, as i can see badges of mine and other players, it happens a lot,
please fix this

also, when in game someone pushes me into wall or something, or in new map i jump high(idk why?), i get client error, it is so frustrating as i haven't played a single full game on new map and i'm getting this error so many times,
please fix this,thanks.

i know there are many big problems then this, but i was just informing this.
