Profile (and clan page update) issue

I've played some clan wars since the clan page update, and i noticed there was a bug that bothers me. My issue is that it didn't count the rewards i won on the 16th of November 2010. And i want it to count because i want the brand new ribbons. I just sent a support ticket to get it fixed and i'm currently waiting for an answer. Is there something else i should do? Has anyone got the same problem?

Edit: In fact, all of my clanmates that played the clan wars with me that day have the same problem.
