"This service is not available in your region"

WTH is that???

I have read all thread about it. And don't tell me i am spamming.

And don't tell me YOU R SOLVING IT A.S.A.P.

At least I can't see this problem shown on the main index of login box.

No schedule, No deadline, Alomst 40 hours' offline.

Only a bullsh*t explaination with "This problem was introduced with the new patch and the cause is unknown"

F*ck u unknown... LOLs...

YOU made the patch and even without tests???

We can get over ourselves and forgive an occation error made by u.

BUT, we can't tolerent that A patch caused soooooo many problems, patching problem, login problem, creates' problem, disconnection problem, etc. LOLs...

Give me your schedule of solving this problem, pls. I have never seen a online game agent can put off an idiot problem for so long (40 hours), LOLs

  • I used to play Chinese CF server which is supplied by Tecent. There were errors and problems too. But They can always solve it in several hours. Learn from that, Z8

  • I know one damn thing i want those 3 days that we lost to be put on the meeles we got!!! and also a compensation. This is all wrong >:( i was thinking of buying100k zp but i guess with dis b/s aint getting fix!!!! vWE ARE FLAMING CUZ WE ARE UNPATIEN FOR 3 DAYS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

    I agree to all of you, this should be a main problem. Yet, I have seen them do nothing but tell us. " Were working on it and should be done ASAP." <--- Lies, it better be fixed today.

    This is how z8 has handled the region issue:

    1) saidin said "IMMEDIATELY"

    2) then they said "Major issue, cause is unknown, HIGH PRIORITY"
    [Then, after calling it HIGH PRIORITY, the fixed the OTHER 2 PROBLEMS FIRST]

    3) then when asked about it, some MOD gave a terrible, response:
    "It means exactly what it says, service is not available...etc," and linked us to the Green Zone map. How does that help when our countries ARE IN the green?

    3) then they said " Thank you for your patients"
    4) then, "should have it fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"

    I sent a support ticket and got a COPY-AND-PASTE response:
    "we are aware of this issue...are working to fix it...sincerely apologize for interruption of service"

    There is not a straight answer in ANY of the responses to this issue.

    This is an EPIC customer service fail.
