Region error fix?
the MODS and GMs havnt said anything for over 30 hours about this problem.
They just link people to the green zone map, and a weak post that says
"we are aware of this problem and working to fix it"
almost 50 hours of down time and they wont even acknowledge this......
if they really were "working with the developers" like saidin said, then they could and should be way more open about whats actually happening, AND when they can fix it.
They go off and do clan war events all day but dont have time for the WORST tech issue to happen in a LONG time...

I know what you mean about "being open" however I don't think they have an exact calculation of when it will be fixed. Just be calm it might be done by tomorrow or Sunday. keep in mind that they are really working hard I mean without the new players how can they make money. Am I right? so they have to fix it (I feel so sorry for new European players

so going on over 60 hours now with the game down
no word from them, they obviously dont care about paying customers AT ALL.
ignoring paying customers when they ask a simple question is a TERRIBLE business model.

WHEN WILL THIS REGION ERROR BE FIXED?
if you dont know, GUESS!
at least say, "it wil not be fixed for at least another 24 hours" or ANYTHING LIKE THAT. -

They make test server to test thier new patches! and seldom got errors when new patches release to the public.
And, we can tolerent a seldom error, but this time, so many problems were brought by this idiot new patch. That's rediculous! How fcking attitude Z8 have towards customers. -
This is how z8 has handled the region issue:
1) saidin said "IMMEDIATELY"
2) then they said "Major issue, cause is unknown, HIGH PRIORITY"
[Then, after calling it HIGH PRIORITY, the fixed the OTHER 2 PROBLEMS FIRST]
3) then when asked about it, some MOD gave a terrible, response:
"It means exactly what it says, service is not available...etc," and linked us to the Green Zone map. How does that help when our countries ARE IN the green?
3) then they said " Thank you for your patients"
4) then, "should have it fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"
I sent a support ticket and got a COPY-AND-PASTE response:
"we are aware of this issue...are working to fix it...sincerely apologize for interruption of service"
There is not a straight answer in ANY of the responses to this issue.
This is an EPIC customer service fail.
