Z8Points dont come ..

My english is very bad ..

But :

I buy 10 € ZP (PaySafeCard), all ok, Payment succesfully compledet.

My Z8Points are not on my account ( Yes, it was the right Account )
and on the credit are no money .. ( except remains ) <- ( Google Translator .. xd )

What can i do ? Where can i write to the Support ?
