Trips and freezes

My problem is when i load up crossfire, it has small tiny freezes every 2-3 seconds. Now, when im in game, these little freezes do persist, and my FPS has gotten progressively worse over time.

Any suggestions to my little predicament? Also, anything i can do to maximize FPS?

    There is actually a few ways to do that.

    -Use lower resolution and lesser effects in game.

    -Turn your v-sync off (I don't know your computer specifications, so I don't know what graphics card you've got there, but search google up on how to turn vsync off)

    -Overclock your processor / graphics card to maximise its performance, but you need a good cooling system since your cpu would have a higher temperature.

    -If you have some money, get a better graphics card (more fps), but it have to meet your system limit.

    And, check google.
