Hack report website doesn't work

Found a hack today, start from round 3, he using AK and headshot 5 man in 2 sec. He also using wall. Easy to find. He Abuse our team members from start to the end. I hope you guys can deal with this very seriously. Tried to report it on web support, but that doesnt work. It says i only can upload zip,jpg,rar files. I was pretty sure CF report need to upload .cfr files?
