Game says it's not available in my region?

After finally getting the game to install today i go to log in & it tells me that it's not available in my area. Why is it doing this?

& before someone says it's due to them removing a large amount of EU... I'm on the opposite side of the world to Europe... I live in Australia.

& Also, my acc was made on 2009-02-26 so i think I'm well outside the August 3rd thing
