It's a bug, you have to give Z8Games time to fix this. If you purchased the crate it may lock your account out.

It may lock your account as said, but your account will be unlocked soon as their done fixing things. You will get your creates once this bug has been fixed, z8 has a log of the BM Purchase's im sure of.
