My game will not install

I Downloaded Crossfire today (Use to play a few years ago fine) & i'm having issues installing it, It downloaded fine but now when ever I try to run the installer it opens a CMD for a few seconds & then does nothing else.

I'v tried disabling my Firewall & everything & it still does nothing (I Use Kaspersky)
