BOUGHT some of your NEW crates from todays patch
IT DIDNT GIVE ME CRATES and it TOOK MY ZP
can i please get a refund or 10 crates as promised or maybe even can u just give me the permie gun out of the crate please get back with me thanks.

ive read up and it says that crates havent been giving guns lately? ive bought 60k zp in the past week or so and bought around 50 m4custom crates and havent gotten it yet nor have i got a kriss lm i only tried for like 7 crates on it

as well as spending like 300k gp on crates and still have yet to get a permie gun their
