wrongfully banned and zp crates didn't appear

I have no idea why, but all of a sudden I got a "hack tool detected" message, got booted from the game and now I can't play crossfire. The only program open is xtrap, so does xtrap look at itself as a hack tool now or am I just screwed.

And also, I bought 5 of the m4 patriot crates and they didn't show up in my inventory. Mind explaining that for me too and a way to fix it?

This patch is more bugged than vista and xp

now it's letting me play, but every time I click on a server I get 'invalid item information' and instantly get force closed
