Yesterday I had 100 coupons, since i have ALL the guns of coupons mall, I decided to spend 50 of them on my fourth axe perm. , and this is what I did.
After 3 ( THREE ) MINUTES (THREE !!!!!) ,i log-in and I see this **** message of a new patch, and I had an heart attack when I saw Awm gold coupons exchange....
Now, I wrote to the support ticket to have coupons back, I hope they will answer within 21/12/2012, but can I have the coupons back yes or not? ç.ç
p.s. I have all awm, i have 2 awm xmas, I will complete the awm collection with it *-*

If it's the first time you've asked for the coupons to be refunded then they will (because you're within the 48 hour time slot). Otherwise they won't.
No, I asked another time, I think it was 8-9 months ago to be refunded. I bought Ak knife but I did a ''mouse mistake'' because I already had 1 ak knife, I wanted to buy d.e.g. and they gave me 80 coupons back. -

I was raging yesterday 'cus I needed 1 more coupon to get 100 (even though I didn't had anything to waste them on Oo) ... Heh, looks like I got caugh on that. I would prefer a black AWM instead of a golden one, but hey whatever, it's a coupon gun anyway.

If they would give you coupons back, then you would never buy again coupons. You just get them back again and again = less profit.
I'll buy zp again even if they gives coupons to me, just because i love the new M4 skin and because I still want one between rpk gold/minimi

I didn't say that, but there's a service that they gives (the refund within 48 hours from purchase), and i think it's really sad that the refund can be applied only once, thinking that there are people playing since 2008-2009 and you can make a mistake...I bought mp5 adv accidentally so many times that I have it until the ened of world, but I haven't opened a ticket for every mp5 bought. Now we're talking of 50 coupons, not 10. So please shut up and no one fckin cares about your 119 games, this is my only game, i don't own a xbox,psp or whatver, so please s.t.f.u. ^-^ -
dude I shuld be the one raging. I lost all my guns, coupons and bp, still didnt even get it bak from a stoopit haker. I sent a support ticket i gave them all my past emails, passes, secuirty answer, also my creation date and all im missing is the damn transaction id AND i still cant get my account reseted for my stuff bak

I love the awm redAWM-Gold sucks anyways. It's an AWM-RD, costing 30 more coupons then AWM-Camo ... LoL, you pay more, for a weapon which is worse. Really now.

What do you mean? In the rules Saidin and FallenAngel posted you can refund anything you buy on mall/from coupons by sending a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase. -

Well, that was my point. I understand spending your coupons on one permanent item. But why spend (if its 50 coupons per axe) 150 coupons MORE on the same weapon if the first one was permanent? Doesn't make sense. To each his own I guess, but sounds like he should have just saved them for a rainy day.

He already asked for a refund at least once already. At some point, it's called abusing the system.
