The Crossfire servers are Currently down (offline). My guess is that's the reason, please wait until Crossfire's servers come back up! Any other problems such as you lost ZP for it or lost the ZP Crates then you will need to send in a support ticket.

Yea same here Wish i would have read this post before.To any one else wanting to buy these crates.... DO NOT... it will Bring you errors and they will go away. just bought 10 crates and they are gone as i attempted to open them. Jesus............
