True but we cant always get what we want if they gave us these items we would eventually get bored of it and quit and some people do want the scar heavy camo we'll get the guns we want later

Are you sure you know what you're talking about? 8900 BP is the equivalent of at least 89,000 ZP purchased or awarded through the "FREE ZP" options. Doesn't seem free to me.
By free he means they didn't have to give us bp at all. They just decided to include it to be nice, and give us a little something extra.
