Ticket system failed

when i go to do a ticket it asks for a replay well my computer wont save them for some messed up reason and im trying to report a hacker and the GMS boxes are full that ive saw on forums so if you guys can do something about thing guy it would be appreciated turkish4life or w.e his name is walled me a bit during a 13 round Ankara S&D match not sure on the rounds but he was talking mad bs then walled me and when he killed me the killer thing popped up on the other side of the wall thats how i know he hacked please do something about it link to PIC AFTER MATCH : http://i793.photobucket.com/albums/yy218/barker_2010/Untitled-3.png

Assuming you have the correct box checked as you (sort of) claim. Have you been able to save replays before? Are you sure you are looking in the right path. The default on Windows 7 is something like C:\Users\your_windows_login_or_username_here\Documents\Cross Fire\Replay Are you able to see the *.crfs at all?

Look in the My Documents or Documents Folder for another folder labeled Crossfire.

The replay will be inside of the Crossfire Folder provided you chose to save the replay after the game ended.
