problem with ribbons, please help

i already have 18 ribbons. Then i need 2 more ribbons to get the m4a1 custom crytal . So, today i bought a SPOP Character Model, then, i have 19. Finally, i used another account to give the ZP gift to my account, then i have 20 ribbons, but the last 2 ribbons are not showing on my character profile on the website.

These are the 2 ribbons that i need to have to get the m4a1 custom crytal

1 : You own the SPOP Character Model

2 : You have gifted ZP to another account or recieved a gift from another account using the prepaid card gift system

i have done all the work but the last 2 ribbons are not showing and i have waited for 5 hours and it is still not appear . Please help me, i really need help to solve this problem, thank you very much.
