I 'm having a pretty big problem with the ZP i bought. I bought 50,000 ZP 1 week ago. I waited 3 days and i started getting frustrated. I waited 2 more days nothing happened. I think the problem good have occurred when the change of websites happened. This also happened to a couple of people that i talked to on Cross Fire. Please respond back and let me know when i can get my ZP. I payed a lot of money for it and i don't want to loose it.

I don't think claiming to didn't get your ZP is going to help. Is there a transaction history they provide for cash-shop services?

They might be able to help you, but just claiming bought this and that doesn't mean you will get it.

This is what you have to do from a friend. There going to ask you got a Receipt As in PROOF you bought the ZP Like if you used a credit card or debit print out your payment online or something and take a screenshot of it and PM A GM REMEMVBER ( PRIVATE MESSAGE ) Then they will see that and most likely you will get your ZP then will also check ur acc for any ZP in the last 2 weeks of that payment or something

Ok you should get a receit in your email inbox and send in a support ticket with everything that could be used to help you get ZP. But...if you haven't waited awhile give it time these things can take alittle while.
