Banned for no reason

I have another acc, S[h]_ITLER**. Today at 3:00 I logged on CF and got a hack tool detected error. I relogged and someone was using my acc but I logged them out. I played CF for 2 hours and logged off. I just now tried to log in my acc on Z8Games website to check my clan page and it said I have been banned for 3 days and I have no idea why... I hope I don't lose my ribbon...

    "Hack tool detected" does not mean a cheat was detected.
    "ID already logged in" does not mean someone else is using your account.
    You will lose your ribbon.
    If you contact support, they'll tell you why you were banned.



    Keep your account safe and don't cheat, these embarrassing situations won't happen.
    You people never learn.
