The Ban List?

Im looking for the ban list, (i cant find the link in the how to report guide)
Maybe i just missed it?
Did it dissapear when Z8 took over?
Do they even update it?
Would love to see if the players reports i have sent in have been checked/player baned.

Any non-flame related answers appreciated
