game not loading

i played crossfire earler today, and when i tryed to run the patcher programme to make the game start it fails to load anything
i get the first scrren witch shows the button start game, after clicking that it dosent work
ive checked my taskbars and the process is there but im nt sure y it aint loading
anyone gt any idea's?

    The fix to this problem most of the time is to restart your computer but if you have already tried that then reinstall the game. If that still didn't work you will need to make a new account on your computer users and re-download the game on it and then run as admin and that should be the last thing it could possibly be.
