Firstly, selling property, which is not yours is illegal for any game.

Second, why you would even choose to post it here, is beyond me.

I'd suggest you go read Riot's ToS, Privacy Policy, Conduct Rules, etc, or most any game's for that matter, and read up on your country's laws. You won't always get away with things, even account selling, you'd be surprised how many games have actually taken response to users selling accounts.
