issue with vista

I'm stuck using a computer with crappy windows vista currently....and when i go to run crossfire the screen pops up but it's black and non-responsive.

Can't really give more info than that because that's all it's doing...I right click and end tast...

and help?

Try to run it as crossfire as Admin. If that don't work your last resort might be to make a new account on your computer users list and re-download crossfire and try it again running it as admin. I had to do that it's not fun but hey I'm back on crossfire.

already running as admin...only way to get it to open lol

Try making a new account on your computer that worked for me. Make sure you make the account an admin. Post back if you need more help.

When I had this issue I ran it in compatibility with XP SP2. Try that. =D If you wait long enough, the screen will actually resume to normal, however; It will just take a long time.
