High Ping

Nope my ping is fine, try contacting your ISP.

From what you have said I doubt such programs will cause your ping to double. While that may affect your fps if your running on a low-end machine your ping should fluxuate that much.

stop corn download... ), just kidding...you say that your ping gone up and in the same time the fps go down, is a problem from your pc, scan it, defrag, etc. If only your ping go up, maybe you download corn or your isp have some tehnical problems. But when are both is a hardware or a software problem.

now it goes up to 200-300

Nope, my fps stayed the same and ping went lower

Reset Modem/Router? I used to have 60-80 ping when last months patch came 150-190 so I reset my router now its 70-100
