Account banned/clan problem. help

Okay so... I made this clan called Legit-Proz. I left it to join another clan putting my alt account as the leader of Legit-Proz. I want to go back to Legit-Proz but my alt acc has been banned. The leaders account. Which is mine. Ive contacted z8games thorugh support ticket... Tried calling them but i cant get any help. Can a admin please help me out with this. I would really apriciate it. Like im really stressing out about this.
