Disconnected from server

Appeared when he was playing me "disconnected from server" and when I log showed me this message "You are blocked while the server is from 0 days (0 hours 1 minutes)" and is not the first time it appeared to me. What can I do?
I don´t use hack.

sounds like a hack detection tool, best course of action is to make sure no other programs are running in the background, if there are programs running that need to be, try redownloading them to try to prevent this.
