cant get game to work

i used to play crossfire on my vista laptop before it was stolen. now i use an '03 dell inspiron 8200 windows XP professional. pentium 4 processor. i downloaded it multiple times, and still when i click it, then press start on the pop up window, thats where it stops. i right clicked it, told it to run as a different account, and it told me there was an error, and quit.

can anyone help?
