Let me help clean up this up so it makes some more sense
"To all LT managers, if someone has not filled out the application fully do not accept them. However if they are at least a butter bar, and have a total kd spread of -5000 or higher accept them. These high rank players have been playing for a lot longer and can give some valuable incite into the game, even if they show a negative kd. Remember We are trying to keep a standard in this clan so do not just accept anybody."
He lets the high rank players slide through because they can help out with the clan. With their vast wisdom, playing knowledge, and clan management why wouldn't you allow someone in if they botch the application. Well that's what I got from reading between the lines =P -

I mean like most fresh clans i see nowadays are just looking for high ranked players even if there leader is a staff sergent thinking that they can just find a easy to get a high ranked players instead of having there low leveled memebers level up (although rank means barely anything but tell you how long u played). I agree with you bout the knowledge part though And well i only let people who got invited botch through the app, if its some stranger that doesnt fill it out i just reject them no matter what rank.Edit: isnt your name like -ILumPanda? -
Naa my ign is Hard_Dreamer. I know the problems of trying to get a clan started; I'm trying to get Lazies off the ground. When you do create a clan you have this high standard in mind but in the end you got to drop them in order to have people actually join. My first clan requirement was you needed to beat me. Sadly everyone who could beat me had a clan already and those who didn't, didn't for a reason. So I understand this allowance for rank. Granted it does not mean much, but it somewhere to start. You only really start to learn it's pointless after while. Even when I started I thought butter bars were the ****.

True but when my clan RustedMetal started off, I guess we had a good headstart cuz we had friends who helped support us in all but our main standard was keeping a 1.0 kdr and as clans progress there standards should be higher. For example; if you look at nleashed there a good clan with some tough requirments, But if you look at a 1 day old clan with 2 members with the same standards, you think many people would join it? concluding the fact that the noob clan aren't really well known
Edit: Also what was ur last were "buuter bars were the what? -

The reason I try not to drop my standards and let sub-par players in, is to not show off a sub-par clan to good players that would be interested. It's kind of a slippery slope in the sense it gets easier letting in more players who are less promising. When people come to look at your clan before they apply they look at your clan kdr, your players, and your requirements to join. If prospecting players think you have low standards they won't join due because they think they are just to good for the clan.
p.s. The censorship is me saying "Back in the day I thought butter bars were awesome" -

You may increase your clan rank by playing in public matches and in clan wars. Clan wars are like an added bonus now, they benefit towards your clan points. However, with the new clan page updates, you can now actually lose clan points when you lose a clan war. And playing extremes won't get you as much clan points as playing a clan near your rank would.how do u get your clan ranked higher
ie: Say you played TurkEmperial, and "won" you wouldnt get as much clan points as you would if you played a clan closer to your rank like let's say "JoeClan" is around your rank, and you played them, you would get more points there then you did in your first battle. So try to stay evenly matched. Also every 500 experience points you get equals 1 clan point. You are allowed 10 clan points a day, not including what you get from clan wars. Hope I helped^^
P.S. Hey Goten^^ Let's chill on this guy, he seems to be new. We'll let him learn probably how we did
