disconnect with sever all the times

My cf game run perfectly before, but now i got disconnect after some minute playing and never disconnect in lobby. This fact mean my internet connection is OK, i think. The problem maybe due to host sever or the game itself (but i didn't change anything and game run very well before)

Can someone help me to resolve this problem? I cant play cf anymore because of this...

EDIT: i have never disconnect from any online game before

And 1 thing : normally my ping is 22 to 26 ,but now after fews minutes i play,my ping over 200 or 7000. I dun't understand what happen with my ID & my IP ?
Plz,tell me known : How can i fix it ???

    1. Get game booster.
    2. Delete some stuff you don't need.
    3. See if anyone else is using your internet.
    4. Get cc cleaner.
    5. Turn game settings in Crossfire to Manual/automatic(a.k.a recommended by crossfire)
    6. (in game)go to options then you see a bar. Choose optimum gameplay.
