wont log in

hey ive been having this problem for a long time now, i load up the game everything goes fine, i get to the log in screen and i type in my password and username and then i press log in..then it just sits there intill it times out, this happens no matter what i do, turn off firewalls place exceptions on the firewalls i dont know what else to try ive taken the game off and reloaded back on nothing seems to work.. HELP! pleasee
