FAAAAAN - Tastic! (not really at all, actually)
So i was denied the Halloween Shovel. Got a PM from the guys at z8 saying that,
"According to our records, you did not win the shovel."
If anyone remembers, I posted here about winning the Halloween Shovel from a ZP crate, then instantly recieving a "Hack tool detected" client error. I do not hack.
I submitted a ticket, and was flat-out denied.
I HAVE, however, won the Gatling Gun - H, but I REALLY only wanted the shovel, won it, got an error, (due to no actions on my part), and they said I didnt win it.
What should I do?
Im guessing just let it go, because they are done (trying) to help me.

First, your screenshots doesn't proof anything.
Second correct me if I'm wrong but once you let go of the spinning crate.
You win or you don't win a item before it shows you and that has been proven by some peeps right?
Because the green notice of someone winning will show when your crate is still spinning and has not shown the items yet, and that is before the client error thing and nobody has seen anything or took a screenshot so no proof there to.
Third, it doesn't come up in the datebase as said by the support so really
It never happened...
If it happened than the only possibility this could explain is you were offline(blocked by something that you had no connection to the internet) for a couple of seconds and when you won the item cf detected you had no internet connection and Dced you with the error heck tool detect popup and that explains why it didn't not show up in the database...
If that happened than you will probably still have no right to the item.
Since the can say you were not connected to the game servers. -
It doesnt tell you when people win a halloween shovel, or the gatling gun. it only notifies in green when someone wins the jackhammer.
Ohh ok.
Anyway you still need better proof

That doesn't matter, you little story is a lie.
Simply because after you click the wheel your item is chosen already.
If for some reason you disconnected after you saw the "shovel win on any of the 3 spots" that means it was just a picture, the win was on the time when you let off the wheel.

This is the same for the previous crates, like the spring crate where there were more than 1 perm gun to win.
I mean really, i did spent lots of ZP since halloween, and I won the shovel. i was so stoked, it would look so sick in my inventory next to my Rose Axe... then the error and my heart literally broke.
so there i sat, with a pooped pair of pants cuz i won the shovel, and a broken heart cuz it was taken away instanly.

I said Ok
But you still have no proof that you won anything....
The have no records, and all you got is a screenshot with a popup giving a error that so called "blocking" the item you "won"
Really mate you can't do anything about it....
I suggest next timing spinning record the whole event -
Well anyway, I know the case is closed. It just sucks, and Im really pi#sed.
You simply did not win it, like I said before.. the items won from each crate are registered and send to your inventory instantly after you click the spin. That's the reason why it says on the bottom that if you close the window the items will appear on the inventory, even if you did not see them at the end of the crate spin.
By the way, if you saw both shovels items on the top and bottom corner that doesn't mean you win. -

I tested this a few months back and can confirm this, I spun items and disconnected myself in various ways. Every time I would still receive the items in my inventory.
We also have logs to display each and every weapon and item even GP that is won from crates. -

Thanks and can you fix my friend list?(yes specially mine) I've got this bug for months.. or at least remove the user "3k" from it. I'm tired of this bug and I can't add or remove anyone in my friend list.
