Accidental Coupon Exchange
So I just exchanged my 80 coupons for the golden desert eagle, but apparently, the game registered the PSG1-Red Dragon instead. Can I please have a refund of coupons? Is this possible, or at least switch my PSG1-Red Dragon for the golden desert eagle. I am aware of the capabilities of support, and they dont use them to their full extent. PLEASE ASSIST ME! And i also sent in a support ticket yesterday, but I had no response.

Within 48 hours of the coupon exchange, you should send a support ticket requesting that.

Submit it under Crossfire then Complaints.
Make sure it's within 48 hours. And DON'T spam tickets. Do one, and try to keep it open.
