Hgw socket error

Everytime HGW loads i get Socket Error followed by these numbers. Ive tried everything from reinstalling to disabling my firewall. Someone please help i dont know what else to do and ive submitted a support ticket and they told me to come here and ive posted previous threads and no one has an answer. Can someone please help me i havent even got to play the new zombie mode yet thats how long ive been stuck with this problem. Thanks......

have you tried to run the game using the patcher_cf.exe?

just tried that, hgw got to 66% and then socket error. this sucks

You're missin nothing, the hacking situation is worst than ever and due that, more n more legit players are getting kicked. So awesome!

dude every since i started playing crossfire, at least once a week there would be a problem, whether it was with playing, loading, or signing in n im seriously sick of searching and searching and searching for solutions to play again its bull****. dont they put any work into the stability of the game? and i NEVER get ANY support from any GM or ADMIN or anybody. What a way to run a gaming network. thanks for the help z8games.

ive read at least 5 posts now saying it has to do with Upnp. Mine is disabled and it still isnt owrking still getting socket error so OBVIOUSLY it has NOTHING to do with Upnp. and it cant possible have anything to do with my connection bcuz why did it use to work and then all of a sudden stop working? ridiculious. nobody knows what their talking about i need help from an admin or a gm.

i got past the socket error =.=

when u get past the socket error, you will have a corrupt file error that u have to deal with next...

omg...u gota be kidding me how did u get past the socket error?.... dude im bout to just quit trying, uninstall crossfire n never play it again. n that sucks because it is such a fun game.
