Hacktool detected and now im banned?

So i went on crossfire today and i picked a room. Suddenly it said hacktool detected, while i don't even hack, now if i try to login, it says: You have been banned for a short amount of time ( 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes). what the hell is wrong?

Your lucky, the same thing happened to me i got banned for 7 days though

i have the same issue i asked he support page (and if u lok at one of the forums i posted im very convinced they are as helpful as trying to break a rock with a small book)but this was the conversation if u can even call it that

"Only on this one specific computer when I try to play crossfire I get the "hack tool detected" and I have never tried to hack nor have I ever wanted to. All I want to do is play crossfire somewhere other then the public library near me.

If you are not hacking or have 3rd party programs that may conflict with Cross Fire then you should not worry.

However, if the computer that you are using has a program that has hacks on it or what not, it is not our responsibility if your account gets banned.
