Wtf!!!! Denied shovel - h due to hack tool detection?
Ok, Just bought 50k ZP, bought 30 Halloween Crates. Spun 2 of them, THIRD CRATE I WIN THE HALLOWEEN SHOVEL, BUT GET THIS ERROR!
NOW THE SHOVEL ISNT IN MY INVENTORY!

I dont fcking hack, wth is this BS now? I spent well over $300 on ZP since the halloween cartes were released to get the jackhammer and shovel. WHY THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN??

Well in the picture that you showed, shovel halloween wasn't on the left handside....but if you're saying you got it b4 that...don't worry it should logged in the bm server of g4box...imo ur just making this as a reason to get shovel halloween, which is pretty desperate -,-

You can win ANY item/gun/permanant gun in ANY winning space. I have won thompson on 3rd space (far right space) and Gatling Gun Halloween in the Middle Space.
ur whole BM is weird i wined 7 BM weapons till now and all in the first spot -
Just to clear things up, a winning shovel could appear in any of the slots, as it's not the main gun in the crate.
Submit a support ticket, explain the situation. The weapon will be logged on their system, if you've won it they'll add it to your account. -
The items appear in your inventory as soon as you click the button and are automatically stored within your inventory before the spinning visually is even complete. Any errors or such on the client side would not change this.
Secondly, considering half your screen is blocked out, I have to only assume that you did not win the shovel. The two shovels appearing at the top and bottom of the reel are out of the range of the three items you DO win. You do not win everything displayed in the little bubbles, only the three presented in the slots on the main window.
(As you have won GP, a coupon and the third is blanked out by the window)
If in the event you did get one in the 3 slots on the main window, check your logs in your clan profile in about a day and see if its logged there. As well as relog the game and check in your inventory. -

The far right space is ALWAYS GP.... It has been like that in EVERY one of the thousands of crates I have spun. You are just trying to get a shovel. You should at least photoshop into the left hand side if you want to try to be convincing. They won't give it to you. -

I.E. When I win a gun, I see it both above and below the 3 winning spaces. I thought this is just how it is when you win a gun.

To be completely honest, TalonBlaze, I have won many guns from GP and Zp crates. I know what 3 out of the seen 5 slots are actually the prizes you win.
I also know that you can clearly see a Shovel both ABOVE and BELOW the 3 winning spots.

It would have been nice if you showed a screenshot of it also being in the 3 winner slots, as the supporting evidence shows that you were just very unlucky with the crate spins. The ONLY way anyone can verify you won legitimately is via Support and review of the database.
Because screenshots are not legitimate proof. For this very reason. No one knows if you actually won. The convenient placing of the message window doesn't help any either.
Now keep noted that Support doesn't work on weekends so you will have to wait till they get back from the weekend.
Since no one else can really help you at this point, the thread is closed.
