The GM's are responsible to giving out crates. Which event are you SPECIFICALLY talking about?
Most, if not all, rewards have been given out.
There are 2 event in Oct 31st night and Nov 1st. The Oct 31st one is the "GM wanted" event which GM came to different servers and created a FFA room, killing GM each time would receive 2 Hallo crates and be in the game would receive 1. The Nov 1st 1 is "Halloween Party" which GM came to servers and created Elimination Mode, the ACE and MVP got 2 Hallo each. Check it in here

Again, since they deleted the thread regarding the specifics on "GM Wanted", we cannot be sure anymore how the rewards are given out.
Yes I do agree that it may have been 2 crates per GM kill.
The thread you provided is the overall Urban Warfare thing. The specific threads regarding each INDIVIDUAL event has sadly been deleted since.
If you have the replays, then review them on your own, and if you see a discrepancy, send a support ticket under Crossfire, Complaints.
Upload your replay to a site like mediafire or megaupload. Also if you got the end result screenshots that can be used as well.
ONLY send in a ticket if you have definite proof that you were jibbed out of a crate.

Hey guys, has any of you received the Hallo Mega crates for the hallo events yet? I still haven't got mine yet and they say it will be handed in Nov 4th which is today. I think my reward is about 20 crates. What's going on?
i did not get mine...
but i dont care since i have good guns already:p -
Yeah man, I dont know how the GMs work, if they create events like that they have to hand out the rewards correctly and this is it. Many people dont have anything even though they gave up things for that event. I gave up my parties and family to do that and this is what they treat us.

Dude i'm not rich and I want my reward that I gave up things and time to play for it. It's about 20 crates = 20 dollars man. Z8 still hasnt replied my ticket for 3 days -.-
Their staff doesn't work on weekends, so just wait until Monday. They'll probably respond to your ticket then. -

I dont know, most of my friends got the rewards in Nov 2nd T_T and many people I know that haven't received anything or received less than they thought they would have
