MOD or anyone else plz help me

my account was stolen from one I trust(in germany)
can I have it back?
the one who stole the account changed register email and password
is there anyway to get it back?
I only have the recent information for my account like my old password(password changes),email(email changes),and recent ip(which where I live).I have never purchased any zp.I also have the replay of my clan war.I have some screenshots provided evidence that he cheated on me.That's all I have
If I sent a support ticket, will I get my account back?
