Patcher.exe dont work

I was having problems with the W[2007]L[0] and redownloaded the game and reinstalled, now the laucher works but after i press PLAY the patcher dont open, but it's process is in the process bar.

dont know what to do...

now i reinstalled again and the patcher stop working while downloading something called 1078. if i do close it, i will get back to the same problem in the begging...

Yo I can help you solve your problem, I had the same problem as you but I fixed it after I refered to this thread that[MODTalonblaze posted. Just follow the directions and you will be good
