Didn't get my ZP after surveys

Hello everybody, can someone help me?
Yesterday i did Peanutlab surveys and sometrics and etc...
but i didn't received nothing of ZP... i did the Cellphone surveys... and nothing yet

20 hours has passed ( like it says in the peanut lab, it can take 10m to 20hrs ) and i didn't received nothing!
I did it with 2 different Sim cards to see if would change anything... but i didn't received nothing

can someone help me??

It's well known that some of the surveys betray their costumers or don't work like they should.
Z8Games has nothing to do with the surveys, they can't help you. Try contacting the owners or web masters from the survey.

Please follow the steps necessary to follow-up on survey completion.

It is necessary to have some sort of transaction ID from the survey provider in order to contact Z8Games's support, otherwise there is no way that the two can then work together on your survey completion.

And MOST IMPORTANT! wait the allocated time said on the survey before even THINKING about contacting the survey provider. AND ONLY contact if you do receive a COMPLETION or AWARDED ZP from them.

hey One_9 thanks for reply... i already waited 1 day ( it says 20 hours ). i contacted the peanut lab and they told me to send a screenshot, i already sended.
Let's see what they have to say...

Well, more than likely they will balk and stall, but you will have to press them very hard (not on the butt xD) to get what you want from them,

which is a notification that indeed on their end they received a completed survey and have "purchased" the ZP amount for you and sent a request to Z8 to deposit that amount to your account.

You just have to make sure that everything is "going to plan" xD.

The easiest surveys to do are the BMG ones, you instantly get the ZP at the end of every fully completed survey. The ZP rewards may not be much, but atleast it's reliable.

i didnt received nothing with BMG too
