Is anybody having any problems with depositing Zp through Credit/Debit Card?
I can't deposit any ZP.

try using your card through paypal easier and safer, when you go 2 the paypal window you just input your card info and continue but i would of thought every1 would of had a paypal acc by now lol

Well, I'm getting my ZP but i don't get my BP ,i already bought ZP 2 times and didn"t received my BP ,i need them to buy my silver weapons...

This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

your card is being blocked you might of entered something wrong

i would contact your bank about it be the best option, or it could be paypal blocking it because your trying to do it by filling in the information.

you should try registering a paypal account, adding your card to your actual account then try purchasing zp see if it still gets the issue and if not then its paypals input process field

This error means Buddie Shops has blocked your account. You need to email support@buddieshops.com with your username, the last four digits of your credit card, and the problem you are having. Also if you are attempting to buy an amount over $40 let them know that too. Sometimes they block "large" transactions.

Edit: Also include the first four digits of your credit card number. That allows them to know the provider.

Please, help me with this issue...

I paid for 50000 ZP, but i didnt received any ponits.

My bank account were debited, but when I was doing the transaction, there was an error.

I dont have any number, just the receipt of my bank.

What should I do???

contact support about it, its neither ones fault for the error, errors happen at random nothing can be done.

if it is an online receipt take a print screen of it, if it is a paper receipt take a picture of it and upload it to your comp and attach it to a support ticket obviously only making sure it shows the payment of the zp and nothing else.

tell them your account name, possibly security answer i dunno and any other info you think might help NOT password they dont require it

they will hopefully find your transaction in there database and put the zp into your account

Use paypal. That's how I bypassed it. I think I entered the card number wrong two times and it blocked me so I just used paypal.
