You should always do as Mami and Daddy say. You will dis-honour your family otherwise. -
Don´t buy ZP using your phone.
Purchase it per credit/debit card.
Phone purchases are pretty expensive.
In Europa credit cards aren't that popular like in America,
Especially here in the Netherlands in shops we mostly pay with our bank cards.(It's like a credit card but it's a card from the bank you can pay right away from your bank account)
Or online with iDEAL. Credit cards are really special to see here.... -
There is no reason to make a new thread, your previous one was not closed.
There is nothing functionally wrong with our phone system at this point. Including service for customers in Europe. There must be something about your setup or phone or steps to get to where you are that is not being done correctly.
Your ticket was not answered because it is in the queue. You sent it less than 24 hours ago. Tickets can take approximately 12-48 hours or so to get answered. This is not unlike many other companies. You may have to be patient about this.
Perhaps there are steps that you are taking that are not getting to the right spot to make the payment. But you need to provide that information in your ticket.
To anyone else that might be reading this, please understand that there is not a lot we can do when you say:
"This is not working please fix it." That is like calling us to tell us that it is very dark in your kitchen. We will say "have you tried turning the light on?" Unless you provide us with detailed information of what is going on, the system is working fine from our end. Each day we constantly check our service, both for something like the website or a payment method or the game servers etc. Everything on our tests indicate the service is working fine. So we need more information beyond "please fix it" in order to actually help you with your issue. -

Have you tried talking to the phone company at all?
Is your phone equipped to receive texts?
You are selecting the right country from the drop down list?
When you go to ZONG there is a dropdown menu that asks you for your country. Those are our supported countries. Europe or not, perhaps you are trying to make a payment from a country that is not supported? -

We've checked, double checked and triple checked the ZONG payment method. We can't really find anything wrong on our end. Have you tried contacting ZONG or your phone company? -

ive spent money on zong before but it was on a europe game(lost saga) and it worked perfectly normal but the best method ithink it is onebip if u want i can try to spend on another game to see if its a phone error(wich i have 90% sure its not) -
He meant CONTACTED zong about the zp transaction. NOT SPENDING more money on zong.
Big difference. Look up their website or something for a phone number for THEIR customer service.

We have tried with that payment option, and it is working fine. Please try to contact your phone company or ZONG. Just trying this over and over and over and over again is obviously not getting anywhere. It's time to start thinking out of the box. -

Maybe you bought too much?
Sometimes they have limitations like 50e/day or 300e/month. -
Saidin has tried using this service and it worked on his end. Now Z8 has checked on their end that everything works to purchase ZP from that provider.
YOU need to contact ZONG's customer support OR your phone company to figure out what went wrong from THEIR end.
