It clearly was a public farm, but it's not illegal. Your clan mates can help you farm to get more experience points since they have different connections...

Or it's obviously a hacker

I consider farming to be killing targets that don't try to kill you at all.
Most of these are what I'd call Curb-Stomp Battles, where even when the other players try to fight back they have next to no chance of winning.

Tbh, Ive never even tested CS in my life o_o and ive tried all the free fps games there is.
But at the time it wasnt free, so its now?

The original CS is freeware, remember seeing several announcements about it months ago and confused it for the Source version.
CSS cost a one time payment I believe and is a remade version of CS with the Source engine.
