Stolen Account (2nd post)

Ok just need to ask something, i've been asking the person who stole my account to give it back (via PM) and i want to know if this is proof that he stole it, he practically admitted to stealing it!.

He says he owns my account because i cheated, when in fact what i download was NOT a cheat.

    Seems like he key-logged you with a program after he made you try it out. If it was a hack then good game, cheaters get hacked <-- that's funny.

    If not then good luck getting it back "without it begin banned."

    Before it gets locked, i didn't hack, it was this cleaning tool thing that cleans out files/images, "thought" it was anyway, i mean why would i hack on this acc.

    ye send them in with a support ticket and dont use un-known programs to clean your computer. if anything AT LEAST google it to find out about it and sure as hell dont accept programs from people you dont know. plus you will need to verify that you own that account with your own info email address Transaction ID's security answer etc oh and on a side note just because its a high ranked char doesn't mean people arn't going to cheat i've seen plenty of people much higher ranks cheat with obvious wall hacks or shoot through wall hacks.

    OT: no one on the forums can help you in this matter. You will need to send in a support ticket here:

    List it under account, then account administration.

    The account will probably be closed during this investigation. Since you downloaded a keylogger you might want to find it and get rid of it with AV software.

    Hope u learned ur lesson. Don't download unknown stuff.

    anyone can edit a pic to make it look like they said something they actually never.
    and if you want a cleaner you should use a well known one or look here for one theres always sugestions in barracks etc, but i lost my acc once and z8 got it back so there is hope if you do it now, you will need to know the created date, your ip adress and other details, also good news you still got hounerable soldier so it aint bainned yet lol

    I don't believe he downloaded a keylogger or obtained one , giving the evidence from the 3rd Photo it sounds more like he tried to sell it , got scammed , and the scammer is claiming he will use the account to use cheats? , if i'm wrong which i probably am then i'd ignore this and look at one_9's post ,


    Btw One your Signature makes no sense , if you found a hacker you report them for hacking , you don't report a hacker if your account has been hacked you report that the account has been hacked, =]

    Edit: D0GP0UND is right if you report this issue to Support within 48 Hour's it might be solved to your benifit but again picture's won't be enough as he said they can be editted although giving the messages are sent directly to one person and kept in a '' BOX '' it should be likely that Z8Games keep log's of this kind of stuff if not

    -First Email
    -First Password

    You should get the account back , but if i'm right on the fact you tried selling it , well you digged your own hole.

    The only way you can get your account back is to submit a Support Ticket, and have proofs of previous ZP purchases at hand.

    Nobody on the forums can help you with that, and nor is that sufficient proof.
