why is so hard to try the free m66?

i initially thought it was saying to be playing during 2pm and 7pm. and i did play yesterday for 6 hours in total. ok. i was wrong.
i initially thought it was delayed after couple days. then i immediately saw another player already enjoying it. ok. i was wrong again.
i just logged in at 7:02pm EST. Toronto. so i am right with the time zone thing. and play a game and logged out and checked the reward status. it still says i am not on for the reward.
so, is there anything wrong i have done? cause tomorrow is the last chance and i dont wanna miss the event.

You might just have to wait. Did you check in game if you got it? I don't remember when I finally got it since I logged on at 2pm then logged off and didn't get back on until like, 11:30.

Most people have to wait until 12pm/am the next day in order to recieve their reward. Although, I may be wrong.

i gave up, now I just beg ppl with m66 to lemme try it. I even gave up Zombie Horde too, because I'm just confuse how many zombie kill I've made, dadadadadaada. This event fail for me.

They're working on it. If you DID happen to achieve the goal of getting a total number of zombie kills, they will manually give it to you. Just give it some time.

If you have been playing during the time period, you can't get it. You have to relogin in order for the log to registered.

There could have been a few reasons;

As noted, you might have already logged in before that time and remained so, unfortunately the system at this time doesn't register that fact, you actually have to relog during that time for it to succeed. (As noted on the event page)

Given that they were in short timeframe windows (2-2:10pm and again at 7-7:10pm) meant that if you weren't careful you would miss the chance to get it during those days.

If in fact you did it all properly, send in a Support ticket.

More than likely all prizes have been given out for each event.
Continue the discussion with support, where they have better resources to communicate a more effective and final answer than here on the forums.
