Problem With Cf ingame HELLP

Hello Guys, i need your hellp. After patching I got a problem.. Well i get in game but when its starts all is black i dont see nothing, I hear how i shoot , how i walk, but i dont see nothing.
So if anybody had the same porblem or still have and fixed It PLease hellp me!!


And Yeah Thankx SAIDIN for your IP restriction.. It made my ping from 80 to 110-120 ,, Thnx again ! ((
