Hello guys,

my account is for sure over 1 year old now, but i still dont have the ribben. Why?

    Hard to say. I got mine the day after my join date. Are you certain it is over a year since you joined? Has it been 24-48 hours after your anniversary?

    Find your registration email. It will say there the exact date of registration with CF. If you cannot find the email, then log out, at the top there will be a "LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer" link. Input your email that you used to register CF. It will send an email containing all the stuff regarding your account, including registration date.

    The 1 year ribbon is awarded for having an active account 1 year EXACTLY after the registration date.

    So if you registered Oct 31, 2010, then November 1, 2011 would be the day theoretically you get the ribbon.
