i did not recives my crates

Do you know why i did not get my crates ?...Yesterday i had almost 1300 kill and i did 7 zombie game to make sure to have more that 2000 kill....so its impossible i did less than 2000 kill!....plz i want my crate!!! and on the site my zombies kills are not there, thats only write envent done!

I had 1674 and kept checking he web page inbetween games, it never did update, I too played a lot to make sure I was over 2k

same to the situation, i played non stop and still it didn't change it was 1467
