What Makes A Business Successful?
There are many things that contribute to making a business successful, such as starting the business in the right place, at the right time, smart and innovative ideas, a good working strategy, brilliant planning, evaluating and instituting effective short term and long term goals, or it may be just plain luck.
Some businesses become successful over night, some may grow and mature with time, and others may never get off the ground. Some people are born entrepreneurs while others have to work hard making their business successful. No one has a formula for success that will work for every type of business or for every individual.
Most experts will tell you that the overall success of a business starts with the human factor, the employee. Every person, no matter who they are, have a desire for sustenance, shelter, safety, respect, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
Those companies that have a standard policy of putting their employees first, above corporate earnings and prestige, find greater success in obtaining their long term goals and they realize a degree of higher earning potential.
There is no expectations for a company to make all of it's employees happy but giving employees consideration and valuing their opinions does make a substantial difference in how they represent the company while on the job and when they are in public settings.
Employees should be treated as valuable team members, whether it is in corporate activities, designing of office space, in the purchasing of office and other work environment equipment, and in the scheduling and the arrangement of work hours. After all, the employee is the one who has to live and work within those office environments and set hours.
The best companies spend the time and effort on training and coaching, enacting programs such as open door policies, problem solving, making information readily available concerning company policies and government regulations, and most of all, offer promotions from within the ranks of current employees.
They provide competitive wages and salaries, profit sharing opportunities, good employee benefits, such as medical and dental insurance, 401k plans and other retirement vehicles, and they refrain from laying off employees as a last result due to a slow down in the economy or a downsizing of the company.
Company policy should dictate that managers take responsibility for communicating with employees, understanding work related issues, and supporting them with all available resources. A good manager knows how to motivate, but also knows when to step back and let the employees do the job without interfering. They practice fairness and develops a keen sense recognition and understanding of the job, which includes the strengths and weaknesses of the employees that they are entrusted to manage.
A good manager understands that a "thank you" or a "job well done" goes a long way in making an employee feel good about doing his or her job. It makes them feel respected and treated with dignity which transcends into better job performance.
Most successful businesses seem to thrive on good management/employee relations. Both the company and the employees benefit. The company provides the employment opportunities and the compensation for getting the job done and the employees provide the skills, the dedication, productivity, and the goodwill to keep the business running smoothly. -
The first thing you would need is a good business plan. All busines owners know that a plan is the road map to success. A plan must include financial projections which is the goal of owning a business...to make money $$$$$.
You have to have a product or service that will meet the supply and demand of your targeted customer. Research your customer. Know who you are selling to and why they would buy your product or service. Always be open to change. You can try to sell the same widget for years, but that will eventually become old news, because today's consumers are more savvy than ever, thanks to the Information Age. Market research (for product/service competition, customer forecasting and current trends)can be handled by a staff within the company or through a consulting firm.
Having the cash flow that stays in the business is key to keeping the business. To make a business successful you need money!!! Money for overhead, production or for the ability to execute your service. Money pays for everything...supplies, payroll, advertising, where your place of business will operate (be it at home or in an office suite).
You would need a way to advertise/market your product/service. Advertising campaigns really put the name out there, especially if your business can afford a mega superstar ad agency. If not, creative advertising has helped the smallest business. One example is mine. I am a fashion designer and wanted high school students for the junior/senior prom as customers. I simply went to a high school, had bouquets of ballons with my business card attached and handed them out. The response was overwhelming!
Proper business management is also essential to the success of a business. Any business needs a knowledgeable and seasoned managment team. Not everyone can do everything. A business should consist of a creative team of experts that can bring something to the table. That should also include integrity. No business can flourish based upon false, disceptive and dishonest practices.

We set up the event page with some pretty clear instructions on how this would work. Please note that all this text is quoted directly from the event page and that was up there since the event went up last week.
This explains you can only win it once (for those who are saying the event page failed for not getting it multiple times). And that you only need to log in once during the selected times in order to get the prize. Please note that you can win this item once per account just by logging in to the game once at 2:00-2:10pm EST or 7:00-7:10pm EST on either of the days.
the second part explains the rest.
This clearly shows that logging in to the website does not count towards giving the prize away.Website Logins do not count.
If you are already playing the game you must re-log in to trigger the giveaway effect.
And that if you are already playing the game you must re log in at the event time to trigger the giveaway effect.
This means if you started playing at 1pm and didn't re-log in at the appointed time and stopped playing at 3pm you would not get the prize.
Edit:There are countries that have more hours than any other as others have less. Not everyone knows that one hour of "EST"
Unfortunately it's not our responsibility to write every time zone in the world for when this is.
EST is pretty clear and there are approximately 1.456 million websites on the internet that can convert the time zone for you.sirpano92 wrote:The only bad thing i see in the company of z8games or of the portal is that they do not know planning or do not know how to make others to understand. Not everyone knows english and much less how they treat the other people because they are different in this forum. If you are going to do something as an event do it okay, because in this game most of the children and for them it makes it difficult for them know how to read the english and much less if it is from another continent.
We are the NA/UK and English version of Cross Fire. We are not obligated to provide service in other languages. We do not have the staff on hand to translate everything in to every language despite the diverse nationalities of the countries we represent.
I'm also going to change the title of this since this event was not bugged. -

^QFT.
I don't understand how people can be so lazy that they don't look for the event rules and if they happen to come across them, they don't read them properly. Then after the event they get mad and think the event was bugged/sucked/unfair so they rage about it on the forums. -
You had to login between 2:00pm and 2:10pm, if you were already online at that time, it wouldn't count.I am very confused. No one has obtained the m66? I have played in the time indicated. And in fact i play every day in the afternoon -

Thx for comment but just for the record i would like to say that i read the instructions properly , i understand what EST means and i also speak english so all good on that score , i did log in at the correct time an no i didn't receive m66 , not to QQ to much but i like quite alot of others didn't receive it after following the correct instructions and you just brush it off as we all read it wrong ect .. so no responsiblity eh , quite obviously there has been some error as so many ppl didn't receive it after logging in correctly ( yes i have a few freinds who also had same problem, not just post reading ) , so just a bit of acceptance that there must have been a small problem somewhere would be nice instead of getting all defensive blaming everybody else and changing post titles .. IMO ..

The m66 is considerably different then the Anaconda, actually. It shoots faster for one. And it might do more dmg at close range(I'm not sure) I like it much more then the Reg. Conda and the Reg Deagle.u have to relog in your game at 2:00-2:10. Who cares, anaconda is basically a perm version of this stupid gun. M66<P228 imo
You sir need to get your facts straight.
Also, the P228 rules as well. Why is it your example of a crappy gun that's better then the m66?
